To fill this brand-new role, we seek a candidate who will focus on working with Shlichim and supporting the Shlichim team in North America through ground and digital marketing efforts. The ideal candidate is an outgoing team player who is charismatic, numbers-focused, success-driven, eager to create something new and exciting, and capable of building a strong recruitment pipeline from specific target audiences
Certain responsibilities associated with this role include, but are not necessarily limited to
Executing annual ground or digital marketing strategies to engage Shlichim in North America, creating content or events that increase Shlichim’s motivation to market Masa, and working closely with all Shlichim team through marketing communications and other channels
Supporting Shlichim regional activities or initiatives to promote Masa programs, and developing or maintaining strong relationships with Shlichim to consistently provide necessary resources and information to succeed
Training and educating Shlichim about Masa once they begin their Shlichut
